For parents and carers of adult and older teens who are autistic
Come and join our new group for information sharing and mutual support. Facilitated by Sheryl, Banyule resident and mother of an adult who is autistic. Sheryl has Community Development training and has a vast background in advocacy and project work representing people with disabilities, with the last project work being with Victoria Police.

A social group of artists who inspire each other to improve their art and experience with different mediums and subject matter.

This friendship group is for women experiencing social isolation. Gain improved self confidence and motivation through establishing social connections while being part of a friendly and understanding group. Activities vary depending on participants interests and include craft, scrapbooking, jewellry making, cooking and social outings.

Learn in a friendly, supportive and social environment. Caters for beginners to advanced. An experienced facilitator will be present to assist or your can help each other. In this class you can do dress-making, patchwork, mending or something similar of your choosing. Sewing machines can be made available on request.

Put time aside and get together with other creative people to work on your art. Support and learn from each other as well as make new friends with similar interests.

Have you ever read a fantastic book and longed for someone to talk to about it? Here's your chance!
Our facilitator will provide each member with a book chosen by the group to be read over one month, then return the following month for discussion.
